Refund Policy
It is our goal at Piñata Place that our customers are able to purchase with complete confidence in our product. Our piñata's are built stronger and with much more attention and care than big box store bought piñata's. Even though we are confident in our product we understand that not everyone's taste is the same. If you receive your In Stock Available Today piñata and are not happy with it we will do our best to make it right and if we can not then we will refund your money in full.
Custom Piñatas and In Stock centers use materials and time that can not be reused when the decoration process begins. If a custom piñata or In Stock Center piñata is cancelled after we start the decoration process then the payment will be refunded minus a $10 fee. However, if our workmanship is to blame then we will do our best to resolve the issue which may include a full refund.
Privacy & Safety
At Piñata Place your information and data is of the up most importance to us. We use third-party banking to verify payments, ( Wix Payments ) which is a leader in website creation and management. As well as Pay Pal which offers buyers protection. We are not privy to your payment/credit card information. We will not sell any data collected. The data collected is used to create the best shopping experience for our customers and necessary contact information to assure you receive your products. Emails will be limited to conducting business for purchases. If you join our news letter we promise to send emails sparingly and will not spam your inbox with daily promotions.
